I just cannot believe the year is almost over! It almost seems so sudden. But we all face this realization sooner or later I suppose. I guess that I should go on with my blog right about now.
Christmas Eve:
The night before Christmas was very nice. Mitchell got to meet most of my close family that night. We all had a wonderful time. We, being myself, Mitchell, mother, grandparents, Jennifer, Justin, and their kids all went to my grandparent's for dinner and opening presents and some went for Midnight Mass at our family's church.
Christmas Day:
I went to Mitchell's Christmas morning at around 9:00. Other than the fact that I hadn't gotten to sleep until 4:30AM the night before so I was exhausted, it was all very nice. We had breakfast and then exchanged gifts. In the afternoon, my grandparents came and picked me up to go to Cousin Jennifer and Justin's house. We had Christmas celebrations.
As for gifts I had received, I got a lot of material things that I really, really love! I'm not going to go on and on, because bragging is rude. I will tell you about a few things, though. I got a new flute that almost everyone in my family payed for. It was somewhat expensive, but we got it half off! It was such a surprise. And then the other thing I want to talk to you about is my "big" present from Mitchell! He didn't get me anything ordinary or boring, because he is not either of those things either. This present was right from his heart, his own heart, and once I tell you what it is, you will understand him a little better. He got me a 5-pound gummy bear that I will be nom-noming on for the next year.
It's very cute, and cherry flavored ♥.

But there is one present I must tell you about. Probably the best one I have gotten in a long while. It was a surprise present, and I don't even know why I was so lucky to get this gift for Christmas. This big gift is not a material item. This present is getting back in touch with my little brother and meeting an aunt that I had never even known about. Want to know something even more shocking?
Facebook did it.
They found me on Facebook and both added me as a friend.
Ever since, we have all gotten to know each other both again, and for the first time.
What a Christmas! Please don't get offended if I exclude your religion's holiday. My family just celebrates Christmas. Anywho, I suppose I will end this story with Happy Holidays! Expect a new blog around New Years!
Well, you have heard about my Christmas.
